Absolutly not. if you are under 21, your body produces creatine out the wazoo as well as growth hormone.

Creatine may help. There is alot written here about prohormones. Do a fit buddy search. You may want to fill out your profile too. helps folks here not to shoot in the dark.

Neither one is! Creatine.....your muscle fibers store ATP. The problem is that we only have enough to fuel contractions for about 3 seconds, and even in the most well trained bodybuilder that supply can only last about 5-6 seconds. Creaine improves your ATP supplies, thus more explosiveness, and it is also a cell volumizer, thus the need for more water. But, it is just a boost, not needed at all.
Prohormones on the other hand are steroid precursors. They are never ever needed, and have more side effects than good effects.:)
