I've been working out for over a year now and hitting it hardest for the last 3 months. While everything is looking great I'm having a hard time with a samll pocket of fat at the base of my glute and the start of my thigh. Any sugestions on a good exercise to attack this with. I understand there is no such thing as spot training and I have a balanced program, I just wanted to know if there was something that I was missing. Thanks for your time.

Just keep at it and tighten up on your diet, those last bits of fat can be a bugger and are the hardest to get rid of.
try doing a little cardio in the morning and a little cardio in the evening a few days a week.
You could also try cycling your carb intake thorughout the week - higher and then gradually lower throughout the week. Add some quick carbs the morning of your highest day - fruit maybe and get down to no carbs except fibrous veggies your lowest days.
Also - when you get really lean, a cheat day can actually trick your body into dropping fat.
Good luck!

Thanks for the help. I try to stay on a tight diet and I've lost about 8 lbs over the last two months but better than that is the over all tone I've gotten. I'll try cutting a few more carbs over the next month and see if that works. Thanks again for the help

Another thing that we often don't think about is doing some more stretching. It helps us to relax. Take your time, breath deep and slowly. You'll get more good oxygene to the body and muscles and it helps wonders for more fat burning and to get rid of toxins.
