Ok I decided to try something new yesterday and that being AEROBICS...I thought how hard could this be...I usually run or do some kind of cardio for an hour so this shouldnt be bad..........I have never sweated so much in my life and my legs were killing me from the squats I did 2 days ago and the 4 miles I ran that morning.......I hopped danced around and although I was tired I never stopped.........If you are looking for a way to boost your energy level and try something new may I suggest this to you...yes at first I couldnt concentrate becuase I realized how uncoordinated I am but after a little while it jsut came together.......it was a good time...it sure beat struggling on the treadmill for an hour.....:dumbbell:

Plus you have those other poor suckers suffering right along with you! Aerobics is amazingly different than just doing cardio on a machine! It is like the difference between running on an elliptical and running outdoors, hoa, whole new ballgame!
