For those of you who arent aware....I have breast implants and I love them and I am happy with them they are wonderful......When I workout I always wear a regular bra with a sports bra on top and this has worked for me...but last night I did aerobics and was hopping all around and I didnt realize how much they were bouncing but man does my chest hurt today...it is more sore then when I work it out....has anyone ever had this problem and if you what do you suggest I do to prevent this from happening in the future...I was to start doing aerobics 3 times a week but I am not sure that I can handle it if it is going to feel this way the next day...........Geesh!!!!:(

look online for specialty sprots bras - there must be a more supportive one designed for this reason.

I don't have implants, but I do get the bounce factor soreness, it sucks. I wear just a standard sports bra but I buy it in a cup size smaller than my regular bras...fits tighter that way and gives me more support. If all else fails, use duct tape....that fixes everything!:)

ok this morning before aerobics I put on my bras as normal and made my regualr bra as tight as it would go and then put on the sports bra and this helped alot........
2nd question.....I am sore my entire body hurts......my muscles are sore from working them out and then when I go to aerobics and we are doing lunges and squats I think I am going to die and you can forget about the bouncing thing we are suppose to do at the end....I know that I am working all these muscles but I am just sore........when does this ever stop? Today walking even hurts..........:(

It is a whole new experience for your muscles, you won't be as sore after the next time. It is a sign that you have recruited more parts of your muscls, a good, yet painful, sign.
