Thanks menace....at 132...what class would that put me in..I know these are probably obvious questions...I've never looked at this before...thanks for bareing with me:)
I'm trying to figure out how to read the graph above...figure what kind of total weight would be my goal...

132 and under is the 132lb weight class. 148 and under is 148. 148.1 is the 165lb weight class.
The numbers on the graph are to gain an ELITE total, a high honor in powerlifting. It takes years to achieve, and these are geared elite numbers (shirt and suit). Don't base your lifts on what other people are doing, compete with yourself.

No,no...not going for elite....just trying to give myself an IDEA of what other people my weight are doing is all...thanks guys:)

Yea I have no idea where I stand def reallllly far off from anything. I'm 5'8" 204 lbs benched 340 once dead lifted 365 3 times and squatted four something. Garbage.
