hi my name is dean and i am new to the site. look at my profile to read about me. i was just wonderin wot the averages are for a person of my weight and height. i am only 8.3 stone and am 5'8" tall, i am only 16. i know this is very underweight. but i was just wondering if using 10kg dumbells of 5 sets of 10 bicep curls and 5 sets of 10 reps alternative shoulder press. i do this every other day. along with one set of 50 push ups then 2 sets of 20 push ups. then 300 in total sit ups.
is this average for my size and weight? i also want to do more different exersises, but i am not able to use any machines. and the only equipment i have is a set of dumbells.

please reply.

thanks. my main aim is toning. but also my aim is increase my arm muscle mass. this is because my friend has arm muscles that are twice the size of mine and they look great. his arms are also very toned. 10KG is the highest weight i have, so i need to buy heavyer ones. do you have any tips on increasing and toning?

thanks.

10kg is alright. The average varies, it improves. I started out with 8kg dumbells, at the time I was 116lbs and 5.55ft. 1month and 2weeks later Im doing 12-16kg and weigh roughly 124lbs.
