Hey im a 17 year old male and i can jump twenty-five inches I want my vertical to get to 40 inches within the next six months.i dont ever lift weights so what things can i do?i play high school ball and i would like to take my career further.
look in the powerlifting forum, i beleive there have been some posts similar to yours in the past.
There is a feature at the bottom of the screen called fit buddy - try typing in 'vertical' or improve vertical and see what come up!
