you should try a split routine, your muscles are getting too used to the strain and movements, take it slow and do a search on routines. when i first started i used to do my weights every day but soon realised i was getting nowhere. good luck

try 3 days a week. all muscle groups on each day. chest, legs, back, waist, shoulders and arms on mondays, wednesdays and fridays. tues, thurs, sat and sun off days to eat and rest. try higher reps like 10 or 12 each set. try adding weight so you can't complete 3 full sets. try new things is what i'm saying.

work the whole body, a couple of exercises per body part until that becomes too easy. then you split it up so you have more exercises on each body part with varying sets and reps. also with new exercises.
