Hello all! My name is Suanne. I am desperatly wanting to lose some weight and gain some muscles! This has been a tough thing for me to do. After years of being in cheerleading, and then just stopping, i feel that everything has gone to "mush". I have had 3 c-sections, and 3 abdominal surgeries (just in the last 6 months). So, I have been very cautious. I am not happy with my body at all, and very ashamed. Everytime I look in the mirror at all of those scars, it really hurts. I want to get into shape for myself, and also for my husband. I want to be attractive again and have more self-esteem. I appreciate any encouragement that you can offer me, because I have not had a work-out routine in about 5 years. This is me basically starting over from scratch.
Nice to meet you all!

Welcome to ft Suanne. This is an awesome site. Just about everything you need to improve your physical fitness is right here. Look around. Familiarize yourself with what ft offers. Lots of info on diet and exercise. Plenty of encouragement. If you need an exercise program try the 'weight loss' program here. Start slow and be consistent. You'll get results I promise. Look forward to hearing more from you. Good luck
