1 lb chicken breasts cut up. Cook in a skillet with a little olive oil. Drain. Add 1 can Campbell's chcken and herbs condensed soup (98% Fat free), 1/4 cup milk (Fat free), 1 bag frozen vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Carrots), sprinkle with Paprika. Heat through and serve by itself or with some brown rice. Tastes good with a little pepper too.

Saute 4oz cut up chicken breast with 1/4 tsp of fresh garlic and some thinly sliced lemon, about 2 slices cut in half, add some pepper and tiny bit of olive oil. Along with that I'd have fresh, 1-2 cups of steamed broccoli, and throw in a yummy giant salad with 1 Tbsp of slivered almonds and olive oil/vinegar dressing. Cal:325, Fat: 20g, Carbs: 17g, Protein: 28g approximately

For dessert, 1 cup of stawberry slices mixed in 1 cup of Eddy's Fat Free vanilla ice cream. Cal: 210, Fat: 1g, Carbs: 52g, Protein: 9g

20g fat for that meal - that seems a little high doesn't it? Sounds good though!

It is high, but it's coming from the olive oil. I usually save my olive oil for special times like this recipe. Normally I stay under 23g fat per day so this is a special treat.

True but it is of the good variety if that helps your conscience. I use olive oil and vinegar for salads. Newman's Own. Good stuff

Olive oil actually helps you burn more body fat - don't stress about using it Ask bbfit how much good fat he ingests daily!

I love newman's!!!!
