I started the muscle building FT program this week, but due to the constraints of my gym that I have access to on my back day, I need to substitute some exercises.
Currently, the workout program suggests T-Bar Rows, but the gym that I have access to on my back day doesn't have a long bar -- only dumbells. It does have a machine, though, on which I can do basic rows. Will that workout my middle back as well? Is there something I can do with dumbells that will work?
Also, for the deadlifts, instead of using a bar, I just used dumbells. Will this work my lower back as well? Anything else I could do?
Thanks!

They do not have a barbell? well yes dumbbells can be used and basic rows are great for the back as well as chins!

I know -- strange, right? I'm traveling a lot right now, and the gym I can use on Sundays unfortunately is very nice in a lot of respects, but they didn't put in a bar or a bench press! Fortunately my regular gym has these things, but I just need to substitute stuff for my back day. Thanks!
