Greetings All,
I happened across this site while I was looking for other weight loss programs.
Well a little about me three years ago when I was 39 I had enough of being fat and sedentary, not doing much at all I was working but got tired of feeling like everyone was pointing and talking about me whether they were or not, I got tired of low self-esteem and not feeling good about me.
So I did something about it at first I started walking not very far at first but gradually adding more distance everyday, today I walk about 3-5 miles a day, I have lost over 100 pounds with about 65 more to go to get to my goal, I do need help in the weight training area, and exercise I can do to tone my arms, and I have been told I am loosing my breast any suggestions? But other than that I am feeling really good about myself, and now I go jogging with my daughter and play football with my kids something I thought I would never be doing I am 42 and feel better at this age than I did when I was in my twenties. Well just wanted to introduce myself and say hi.

Welcome to FT! We're all here to help in the motivation department...

About the breasts, as I've read on this board once you start losing fat, they tend to disappear! I don't think there is much that can be done in that department...

Again, welcome to FT!
