How often do you change your daily menus?
If I find a certain breakfast and lunch that works for me to keep my daily p/c/f ratios, do I have to change them every so often? would keeping the same diet (except for dinner) have a negative effect on the body?
The only real problems with eating the same thing day afetr day is the chance that you will develop an allergy to some of the foods (happened with tuna fish to my training partner), and eating a wide variety of foods ensures that you get different nutrients.
Try creating two or three diferent meal plans that you can rotate.
