I currently lift about 4 days a week. I have been making pretty solid gains for the past 6 months. My bench has gone up more than 100 pounds. I feel that I am pretty much where I want to be in terms of muscle. Now I am looking to cut up. I know some cardio would most likely do it but I don't know how much and when to do it. Also, what kind of foods should I be eating to drop some fat. I am 5'9 175. I'd like to get down to about 165 without losing too much muscle.
look through fit buddy for cutting phase, fat loss. There have been many posts about this. Gradually lower your calories by cuting out extra carbs and add one session of cardio a week until you start seeing results.
