im new...wondering if this diet is good

right now i weight 174 pounds and im 16 years old... i wanan shed all my fat and wanna be in good shape by june 26 ... so plz tell me if this is a good routine to shed all the fat away ... heere is my diet ...i will also start to drink about 1 gallon of ice cold water a day because i heard i can burn about 123 calories if i drink 1 gallon ice cold water....

Total Calorie Intake is about 1500-1600 calories(i am gonan start keeping track)

Time Meal
6:30 am IsoPure protein powder (270 cal. 50 grams of protein, low carb)

6:40 am 3 Egg whites on whole wheat

12:00 pm Meal 2

2:00 pm Meal 3

2:45 pm Workout

4:00 pm finsihed working out about 10 mins ago....and take IsoPure protein powder

7:30 pm Meal 4

...Im really tryin to loose some weight ... if u think i shoudl add something please tell me... one thing i can tell u is that i cant do meat for dinner because i am indian and my parents dont eat meat so i doubt i can eat meat at the dinner table... if i have to add more meals plz tell me somethign to add... just plz remember that i have to eat that meal during school in a class... Thank You...

I'm not a dietician, but I think you need more food... if you starve yourself, your body will start to go into survival mode and store everything you eat... not a good situation if you want to lose weight...

Fill in your profile and follow the nutrition tracker... it'll give you a good idea of where you need to be in order to lose weight...

You also need to determine your BMR... your Basal Metabolic Rate... this is how many calories you need just to be alive...
