Hi, i have recently lost 40lbs and i am trying to lose more.instead of just losing weight i want to gain more muscle, so i can have tone, definition and firmness. I know that diet plays a major role as well as resistence training.I already know about protein,but am i missing anything else? What are some other things that i should include in my diet to get me started?
Look the the post grocery list for a body builder. Print it out and take it to the store with you. I have the wife thinks I am nuts because I wont buy sweets or ice cream any more lol.
