Find breakfast foods that you can fix on the weekends to have ready all week, I do breakfast burritos <scrambled egg and saucage in a soft taco shell>. There are alot of good ideas out here just check out some of the other threads!
Try the body builder pancakes, they are wonderful! I make six pancakes with the recipe, have 3 for breakfast and save the other three in the fridge for the next day and just reheat in the microwave.
