Hey does anyone out there have any killer leg workouts? I am doing legs today and need something that kicks my rear. I had been doing leg presses, 9 sets, feet different angles w/ 90 lbs each side, then squats, then leg extensions and one legged squats... I need a new workout, want to feel some pain. Not afraid to work it hard either, give me something good, plus I need something that I can bring to the table next week when I work out w/ my partner again, getting complacent, need to change things up!!

Try Sissy Squats... they aren't for sissies.... check under Health Resources for the description...

Are you looking for a strength/mass building routine, or something more for cutting?

well I have one, dunno how brave you are but here goes...............
Warm up.......any way you like
*squats 5x15,12,10,8,6 ( super set this with hack squats) same reps
*Leg presses 4x15( superseted)leg extensions same reps
*leg curls 3x12( superseted)good mornings-2x15
* fisish it off with step ups
( get dumbells, and set somthing up about 4in lower than your knee, one foot on it, jump up with that foot, switch in air,then push up with opposite foot, switch
do 3 sets of 30 sec a piece
***then to really blitz the legs go run some stairs!
