has anyone heard anything about this product or been using this and can verify the results they are claiming.......it supposedly will widen your blood flow for an extended period of time and decrease your soreness time for muscles after working out......also heard they suggest you use creatine with the workout and that when you finish loading and gaining from creatine you don't lose the mass of water gains like you did before if your taking this product

Fireb17, there were some people here that were posting their personal experience with NO2. I haven't read in a while their updates but they seemed to be increasing mass for what I can recall.
On the other hand, many guys here have posted that it is in fact a waste of money just like jsom85 says, even the most experienced guys agree on this issue... Maybe I would suggest to do a search on Fitbuddy and ask the guys that were posting their improvements to find out what happened at the end. The choice is yours, hope this helps |

NO2 is great it has me to all new maxs and im bigger i love it, my bench jumped 30 pds in 2 weeks, but dedication is a must and you must cycle off creatine for 10 days before taking them both at same time, its like a supercharger

That sounds good and all, but was it the creatine, your diet, or the NO2? I have yet to hear anything good about this supp. and it's popularity has already died down. Not a good sign for a supplement.

I was one of those guys posting my results. I finished the bottle, and won't be buying anymore. In the end, it did nothing for me that I can tell. Certainly no more than training alone. My advice - don't waste your money.

what you said is exactly what you get. A friend of mine at work bought 5 bottles without consulting me first, said some trainer told him this was the ultimate. Well, needless to say, I lectured him when he told me. Now, it is 2 months later, and guess what? Nothing!! He learned a very expensive lesson. Do your research, if a product sounds too good to be true......

well i used no2 before for the twenty one days, and i did get stronger but i think it was mostly from harder training, but i will say that i did jump about 45 pounds over the 3 weeks on my bench. and i got bigger arms by a 1/2 inch so maybe it works, maybe it don't but i have not bought anymore.

Ok so after NO2 has been out for a while what does everyone think now. I read the book about it and all about the new form of estyl or something kind of creatine. What do you all think about that too. Is is too good to be true? My buddy is taking the NO2 now and researched it pretty good but just wanted to know what everyone thought now that it has been out.

My freind at work is absolutely no bigger, stronger or anything. It is a shame. If you do gain while on it, it is not due to the NO2....examine your diet and training. This is where you made your gains.-------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... bb1fit@freetrainers.com |

Although I'm sure NO2 does SOMETHING, as all chemical changes w/in your body does, it did not seem to help me put on any more mass than by not taking it. I think it was more of a placebo thing... I DID gain muscle mass while taking it, but then again I also worked on my diet to immense proportions than before, and trained harder. The only "personally proven" supplements that I have used are creatine and whey-protein powders... along with a lot of water. All in all... add another "nay" to buying NO2.-------------- What the MIND can imagine, the BODY can achieve. |

I just finished my cycle of NO2. It's really all cosmetic. You keep your "pumps" loonger, No big deal there. I will not be buying NO2's again.
