I've really hesitated to even say out loud that I got an urge for a sweet snack today, but I did. So I dorked around in the kitchen trying to make something small and yummy out of stuff that will still keep your diet clean. I'm putting this out here for opinions because I made it and it was amazingly good. I only ate one so if it turns out to be a bad witch, nobody freak and I won't either.
Okay, I took 3Tbsp of wheat germ (I love that stuff) and 3 Tbsp of peanut butter. I used Jiff because it's what I had. Mix it together in a very small bowl and then divide into 1Tbsp servings. I wrapped them in small clingwrap squares and put them in the fridge. They are sweet and crunchy and small. Each one has fat:9g, carb:6g, protein:6g
Okay, now you can start throwing stuff at me if this is a bad idea. For heaven's sake nobody try this until we hear from the resident experts.

I forgot to put in the most horrifying part. They each have 120 calories.:(

LOL but as long as it tastes good enough to be worth that 120 calories, it sounds like a decent splurge to me!

peanut butter is good for you! and wheat germ is opkay, i think if you work it into your total calories, you're okay!
Try heating a few spoonfuls of peanut butter in the microwave (about 30 seconds) and then stirring into sugarfre fatfree chocolate pudding, mmmmmm.

That sounds good but I can't eat PB by itself. I have got to have something crunchy with it. That's where I get into trouble. My favorites-PBJ (I know, not crunchy), PB and wheat crackers.
