HOWS IT GOING? I have been training a while now to gain lean muscle mass, as much as possible , but i still have a good layer of fat one me but this past week i have managed to lose a few more pounds.
But it's like to do that i have to put myself through the most intense exercise. Usually i do alot of sprinting, stadiums, jogging, speed drills , jumping jacks, weightlifting, all sorts of stuff.

Does anyone have any suggestions to better cardio or fat burning exercises.

I enjoy Extreme intense exercise, especially if i finish the workout and I am completely drenched with sweat and cannot move without pain.

The pain part is OK if nothing is injured.

In my opinion swimming is a great cardio, just like squat is a king of all exercises.

Also, what i do is 20 minuts of swimming and 10 mintues of sauna and another 10 minustes of swimmin, it does the job.

3 days per week for 3 weeks and my pants already don`t fit me. I have a pair of jeans that look to baggy now.

When gaining lean mass it is yough to lose fat because you need to take in alot of calories to fuel the muscles. My suggestion would be to continue your normal workouts, including the usual cardio(NOT TOO MUCH CARDIO BECAUSE YOUR BODY LEARNS HOW TO STORE FAT), but this time, reduce your calories. All the cardio in the world doesn't mean jack if you are not creating a caloric deficit.

get a punching bag and hammer it. Jumping ropes are good too, but I guess as everyone here will put it down to is diet.
