hi my name is dean. i was just wonderin wot the averages are for a person of my weight and height. i am only 116 pounds and am 5'8" tall, i am only 16. i know this is very underweight. but i was just wondering if using 10kg dumbells of 5 sets of 10 bicep curls and 5 sets of 10 reps alternative shoulder press (each arm). i do this every other day. along with one set of 50 push ups then 2 sets of 20 push ups. then 300 in total sit ups.
is this average for my size and weight? i do not think of myslef as a beginner, as i have been working out seriously for 8-9 months. i also want to do more different exersises, but i am not able to use any machines. and the only equipment i have is a set of dumbells and a Sissor Grip, anyone got any tips for me?
please reply.

Everyone is different and everyone has different expectations...your question can not be answered accurately. It will all just be opinion. What do you want to accomplish as your fitness goals? F averages, they don't mean sh*t.

Then don't worry about how other people's abs look. To get more toned, you need to gain lean muscle mass. For abs, its all about the diet and how effective your lean mass plays in the equation. Lean muscle mass burns more calories, more calories burned, the more toned you will appear.
