I heard it is important the order that you do your workout. Like do chest and legs one day and arms, etc. the other day.
If I workout every other day, what exercises should come firts. Something about burning out a bodypart and not being as effective when you use another part of your body.
I do (don't really know the true names but I will try to explain)
bicep curls
shoulder press
row machine
lat pull down
tricep kick backs.
rope for triceps
leg press
calf raises
shoulder raises
