I lost 46 pds... cutting all sugar out of my diet. It is called Sugarbusters. Now if you are exercising, you'll need to increase the amount of carbs they say on their way of eating. They say to stay at 3 servings a day and that is not much. But anyway, they have a site. www.sugarbusters.com
So basically, they say to stay away from white rice, enriched pasta, corn, white bread, pineapple, watermelon. They are going by the GI index. Glycemic Index.
