hello, just wondering, in my nutrional guide, it tells me that i sould be having 5000+ calories a day, is that right?? it seems a bit much

Curious to know, i have never done the calorie counting thing before and was wondering if i am below the recomended amount of calories will that slow my weight loss and metabolism or will the rate at which i lose weight remain the same?

Mine looks excessive as well.

Protein - 220 g
Carbohydrates - 550 g
Fats - 42 g
Total Calories - 3419
