A few of you replied to my post when I first started. Here is the link to that post: http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/Message.jsp?f_ix=12&t_ix=390

First I want to thank you for those replies. It helped me get started.
Second I want to let you know how my progress is.

Well....For the first 6 months I worked out like a madman. Gained a fair amount of strength and muscle, lost a huuuge amount of fat. As in, I weighed 230 pounds when I started. To give you an idea of what I look like, I have a small to medium frame and I am 5'9" tall. Keeping that in mind, I went on to lose 50 pounds. Yep 50 bigguns. Therefor I brought my weight down to 180. Wow, I havent felt that good in a long time.
Then, unfortunatly I lost my job in the PC Tech support. I quit working out, and fortunatly only gained back 5 pounds...shew that was close.
My wife and I recently joined the YMCA. I resigned up for a workout plan on here for weightloss and toneing. Using this workout and doing cardio, I have lost 10 pounds of fat, and put on a bit of muscle. Not much, but a great start. My weight is now 175, my belly is getting oh so not noticable, and I found that it was time to go clothes shopping.

Holy crap do I feel good about myself now.

Thank you all for the original insperation to get my lethargic fat but on the move. :)
