IM 165 pounds in ok shape and im just getting back in the gym. My goal is that i want to cut up and lose fat and gain muscle. can someone give me some tips on how I should train in the gym. it would be a big help to me thank you..
look at the nutrition and bodybuilding forums. A lot of people want to get cut. Do some searching, and if you can't find the information you need, post this question in the fitness forums.
