We are in the middle of moving fron our home of 15 years. If our lives were a car it would be an Edsil with 4 flat tires rolling merrily down the highway. There has been little time for sleep ltely much less being on top of things like proterin supplements.Well, to make a long story short, My morning shake concoction of powdered casein and milk protein was empty.. I managed to cobble together a shake which proved to be very tasty and meet the AM feeding requirements.

1 1/2 cup skim milk
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 scoop chocolate whey
1 tbsp hersheys cocoa
splenda
1/2 cup cottage cheese
3 Whole eggs
ice cube

From what I read here a lot of us obsess over getting the exact supplements in perfect proportion. I was kind of hit in the face with BB1's post on the 2057 report on earth. It made me laugh and think. I think I am about to save a lot of money on supplements. The shake was tasty and prepared without benifit of kitchen necessities like an oven Hope this helps some of you who are supplement tweekers like me.
