I need to drop about 10-15 pounds in about 3 to 4 months. I tried just dieting and I'm a failure! I need some motivation and a good routine. Should I just kill myself with cardio workouts to drop these extra pounds?

For starters Welcome aboard! Now for your question, check out the message boards there are lots of good posts about losing weight and the pros and cons of different workouts! Also keep in mind that diet plays a HUGE roll in weight loss! GL and I know you will find all the motivation and support you need here!

Hello a-doyle and welcome to freetrainers. You seem to already be motivated, otherwise you wouldn't be here.
Perhaps it was your "diet" that was the failure and NOT you!
Cardio is only part of the key for you to have success. Try a workout routine from here, with your cardio, you will definately get results. Don't forget to eat right! Stop calling it a "diet".:big_smile:
