This may be alot to ask but i need some huge help with a diet plan. This is the only area i am not disciplined in. I dont know what to eat or when to eat it. I dont even know really what foods are good or bad. And i need to figure out a good protein source other then protein shakes. Please help me

Look at the thread called "Grocer list for bodybuilder." Eat what's on the list anyway you like (no frying though). Foods that are bad for you are processed foods, simple carbs (sugar), high sodium and saturated fats. Whenever buying a food item try to look up the nutritional values on the package and avoid those foods. And try to have 5-6 small meals through out the day.

Zulegs, I did answer your questions. However, if you provide your current situation (age, weight, heigh, activity & fitness level, any medical condition, your daily eating routine, etc.) and your goal for your diet (lose weight, gain mass or maintain), some of the more experienced posters here can probably direct you in the more specific diet routine.
