Ever heard of bridges? Only attempt this if you have adequate strength in your neck. Get on all fours, put your head to the ground. Slowly put your arms behind you so that only your knees and the top/forehead are supporting your body weight. Then slowly go from your knees to your feet, all the while keeping your head on the ground so that now all that supports your body weight is your head and your feet. SLOWLY and CAREFULLY try to rotate your head against the groung. If this is too much strain...DON"T CONTINUE! Another easier exercise needs a partner...Get on all fours again. Have the person stand next to your head with the side of their knee touching the side of your head. Press your head against their knee while they resist your pressure. Be sure to have the partner give you a little slack on the resistance. In other words, let their leg give way so that your don't strain yourself pushing your head against their knee. Do this for a 10 second count for about 3-5 sets depending on how comfortable you are. I REALLY HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS. I tried to pretty much spell it out for you step by step. Good luck
