What's the best timing between sets and between excercises?
(For example 1 minute in between sets and about 3 minutes in between excercises.)

I keep my time between sets and exercises to a firm 45 secs. Iy has also greatly reduced my gym time, making it easier to fit into the day. It forces you to work harder while you are there, thus = better results. I think Arrrnold once said that if you spend more than 45 mins in the gym, you are just socializing.

I have gone to a 30 second to 1 minute time window for sets. I have noticed that my wieghts don't really go up because i am not rested but i have noticed i get a much better workout and better results.
