This is how to perform floor press:
Using a barbell or dumbbells, lower the implement until your triceps are flat on the floor. Pause for a second, then press until locked out.
It helps with sticking point. You can do the same thing with board presses or pin press.

Set up a saftey rack with a bench so the bar is about 2-7 inches above your chest. Press from the rack. Control it down let it pause on the rack and press again. Board presses are similar. Use 2x4s. Nail or screw them together. Be sure the nails are not pointing toward your body!:big_smile: Have someone hold them on your chest while you do close grip. Bring the bar down, pause on the board, then press.

I was just curious is floor press supposed to be more difficult than regular bench press?
