i just got back from the gym after switching my program to a more power lifting and explosion geared program. it felt great, i did box squats, power cleans, hang cleans, push press, and clean and jerks all in that order....followed by some good abs. i havn't been this tired after a workout in a while and i love it!:dumbbell:

I like the workout, but I think you have too many Olympic lifts in one training session. Try this:
Power Clean
wt x 3 x 4
2 min TBS

Box squats
wt x 2 x 10
45 sec TBS

Hang Snatch or Push Jerk
wt x 3 x 3
1.5 min TBS

Glute-ham or RDL (which ever you like best)
5 x 3 (GH) or wt x 10 x 3 (RDL)
1 min TBS

Reverse Hypers
wt x 10 x 3
1 min TBS

Roman Sit-ups
wt x 20 x 3
30-45 sec TBS

for glut/hams, if you have a roman chair, the thing people use to do reverse hyperextentions for lower back, you use that. slide the feet holders closer so that your knees are on the front pad,and lie face down in the contraption. extend your legs so that they are straight and get a good stretch in the hammies. then you use your gluts and hams to bring yourself up and curl your legs so that there is a 90 degree bend in the knees. this contracts your hamstrings. It's basically a hyperextention with a leg curl at the end.

Can someone please tell me what Hang Snatch and Push Jerks are? I'd like to add it into my leg workout but i don't know what they are and i've read around and it seems to be popular.

Hang snatch and push jerks arent really a leg workout. Their both olympic style lifts. And for anyone on this forum wondering what any of the lifts mentioned are,
www.ExRx.net
They show all the basic lifts somewhere on that site, and seperate it by body part or style.
