Hi there, I currently only have cable weights and all the attachments are set-up style no flat bench and no in/declines. my workout scedulle call's for these, How can I substatute them?:) please E~MAil me at Sky_Blue265@yahoo.com

I don't have a ball, And by set-up style I mean they are all inclined in the set up position.

Set up, like seated or standing? I am sorry to be such a moron, but I can't picture it in my head.

Sounds like you could adapt a program designed for bands (same basic set-up). Look at the programs for bands and see which exercises you can do with your cables.

I have a cable set with three seat's (Like chair's) and a tredmill,and a stair climer. My cable set up has no straight bench or decline. I am working on getting some dumb bail's, But as I have just moved in to a new city, My money is kinda tight. Asimmer! do you still think I should look into a program for bands?
