Okay, I looked all through the injuries that concerned knees, but didn't see any that answered my question so I hope this isnt a repeat question. For the past year or so, my knee starts hurting after I exercise and it swells. Sometimes I ice it afterwards, but sometimes I dont have time. Even if I just run like a mile, it hurts. I am going to the doctor about it over the summer. Does anyone know of any exercises that I can do to strengthen & recover from my knee injury? I do have access to a gym that has a lot of equipment.
