Besides dairy and vitamin supplements, where can I get more calcium? I get more than enough of every other vitamin and mineral, but I get less than 1/3 of the recommended calcium.

alot of juices now have calcium added to them, you might want to try getting some that way, say with a glass of fortified OJ in the am with breakfast?

broccoli, beans, almonds, kale, tofu. let me look online and see if i can find a list..
