I am currently training 4 days a week, plus cardio 3 times a week. I have been training for about 10 weeks. I have seen results in the weight loss area (went from 192 to 162) and my strength and muscle tone has increased. I am happy with my results with one exception. I still have the flab in the gut.
I know you can't spot reduce, but I have some concerns about this.
It is very difficult to walk the line of eating right so you reach results and decrease your body fat. I geuss I should up the cardio and increase abs.
I workout at night around 8:00 PM and I am concerned with eating after workouts cause it is so late (around 10:00-10:30)

Have a shake with some fast absorbing carbs right after your workout (within 1/2 hour) and then a protein-based meal an hour later, as long as you don't eat a lot of carbs at night, you should be fine.

getting rid of the last bit of fat is the hardest - your body is reluctant to give up all its fat.
Continue what you have been doing (good job!!) and either add a bit more cardio or drop your caloric intake by around 200 calories. Give it two weeks and see how it is going.
