Hi, I hope I am posting this in the correct place. I am new to this. I haven't ever really exercised or had a fitness trainer. I realize that I am not in the best shape, but do hope to change all that. I just wanted to say hi, and thank you for the exercise routine that was assigned to me. I am hoping to stay motivated and lose the excess weight from having my children by summer. I hope that this is not unreasonable. I only need to lose about 20 to 25 pounds. If I stick to the routines and work hard, is it possible to lose most or all of that weight by June?
