I know that nobody probably cares, but for the first time yesterday I almost hit my target for protein Carbs and fat, FT site recommends 350-785-150 of PCF in that order, I have been struggling for a month to reach it, but it finally seems to be coming together, yesterday I got 295 - 550 - 105, absolutely fantastic.
I usually get around 180-350-75 PCF, but it is increasing daily.
I'm very happy as this is the closest I have got so far, here's to eating.
My wife is starting to call me the otto bin, because whatever food is left over I eat, it doesnt go to the dog or bin anymore.
Sorry dog but your going to have to eat biscuits again :big_smile:
