Ok, I think I've read every post on here twice so this is what I came up with for schedule. I would appreciate any constructive critism. I'm going for weight loss and lean muscle. I've been doing atkins and still don't want to go crazy on the carbs because they make me feel bloated, so I eat a lot of veggies.

4:00am Wake and 45min of HIIT cardio
5:30am 1st meal Myoplex shake, fat burner supplement
8:00am 2nd meal, egg whites and veggies.
10:00am Weight workout, Mon, Wed, Friday from ft program.
11:00am 3rd meal Myoplex shake, fat burner supplement.
1:00pm 4th meal Chicken and veggies.
4:30pm 5th meal Chicken and veggies.
8:00pm 6th protein shake.

As I said this is what I of come up with, but I realize that I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed and the wealth of expertise on the site might be able to provide some guidance.

Thanks,

Dale

Looks good! Try a protein bar in place of one of your shakes. Steak, tuna, salmon & pork are also great instead of chicken all the time. I read your profile, and 30 lbs in 8 weeks is awesome (if not a little much), your body might need a few weeks to get comfortable here before you start to loose again. How much further do you figure you have to go? The dreaded "plateau" hits all of us, but it is natural and if you stick with it, you will losse again. Also, try varying your cardio, a body gets used to the same routine! Great job! Keep at it!

You will get sick of chicken real quick eating it twice a day  Try adding some lean pork/fish or EXTRA lean beef to give yourself some variety. Otherwise looks pretty good!

Yeah, I was just sampling here. I'm not going be eating nothing but chicken. :) I eat whatever I get on sale.

I'm trying to get to 170, which was what I was at for the years before marriage, divorce, work, and kids took there toll on me. Only 35 more to go.

Can you recommend some good protein bars. I personally like the myoplex shakes, but that is because I only tried 2 or 3 and it tasted the best.

I was wondering if I should at some creatine? I don't know that much about it but it sounds affective.

thanks.

Tri-O-Plex are my favorites, but expensive. Odyssey, Detour are both pretty good. As for Creatine, yes, why not? Do a fitBuddy search to figure out the best kind.
