Hi Im pretty new well very new, but Im going on 26 years old and I only weight about 150lbs, I want to gain at least 10-15 more pounds, I can eat all day and not gain a pound..Please help!! When you guys say "no cardios" what do you actually mean, I'd like to gain weight then put on mucsle mass, I havent tried any Gnc products or any supplements yet..Im not sure if they really work or not could some one give me some good advice...Thanks

Start by making yourself familiar with the fit buddy tool at the bottom of the screen - try a search on mass gain or hardgainer and see what you come up with.
Ask specific questions in the appropriate forums and I am sure you will get a lot of info!
