couldn't tell ya man......... a;though in theory you can go up from anywhere from 5 to 10lbs a month for the 1st month or two, but after that, you might only go up 5 lbs every other month. Think about it this way....powerlifters train for a year just to gain40 lbs or so on a lift, the longer you have been traing the more you have to work for it, when you just start out they seem to keep coming..............instead of asking how much you should be geting by that time, you should set a gaol, and keep that goal in mind, so everytime you feel liek you can't work out, or don't wanna.......you can think well in 3 months i have to get that 175 up off my chest, and that will drive you even more during your work outs.
Everyone is diferent so sorry I can't help out much.

do you sets and reps ensuring that at every workout you increase the weight by a kilo or push out a couple of extra reps and get plenty of protein and rest (don't overtrain)

You'll be surprised how far you can go with just an extra kilo a week

I would just try to either add a little weight or one more rep each week or two. That way you are still making progess and it is obtainable

Im guessing that you could safely add 5 lbs a week if you try.
