Hey everyone,
Like most of you who have lost weight I'm finding myself to be in that dreaded plateau phase. I've been the same weight for over 3 months now. I'm not sure if it had anything to do with my body wanting to retain fat during the winter months or what? I do notice however that during the spring and summer months I tend to lose fat fairly easily. My dilemma is wondering if any of you all could help me out as to how to vamp up my exercise/diet plan to challenge my body so that it will start losing again. In order to lose the 30 lbs that I've lost thus far I did a low carb plan. My goal now is to lose 10 more lbs, but more importantly if I can't spot reduce the tummy bulge I'd atleast like it to be more toned there. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
