creatine is not a "magical pill" you won't get that much bigger or stronger max wise.......creatine is a form of engery your body uses when oxygen isn't avaiable, its quick and doesn't last that long( 6 to 7 secs worth) Ths is good for body builders cause supplementing with it gives you more muscle endurance( you can do more reps) think of it as putting a high ocatne fuel in your car. better gas milage and performace, but its still the same engine.
While taking it you should drink at least a gallon a day, cause creatine causes the muscle cells to hold more water, this will make them a lil bigger and harder. I would recomend not loading it, toomuch and it will make you bloated a puffy, and besides your body can only absorb about 3 - 5 grams ( depending on size) ata giving timne........so i say take 5 grames 45mins befor eyour work out, and 5 grams after your work out, this should be plenty and won't be a big damper on the pocket book.
Most people will be ok with regular creatine, but it it upsets your stomache, or you get nauseaed try drinking it with a juiice of some sort( my favorite is gatoraid or power aid.) Most side effects where from using too much cretaine, not from the actual supplement.

At 15, one doesn't need to kae creatine or any supplements for that matter. Your body produces it's own creatine through the liver, and as far as protein, eat it, instead of taking supplements. Save your money and buy a good dvd or cd.
