Hi I cannot do the pushups that are suggested in my profile or the dip downs. I have quite a few injuries ;but do work out. If I could get something that works almost if not just as good ; I would be able to do them instead.
I also want to say hi and state that alot of my weight gain has been due to medications over the last few years.

Once we hit age 30, we start to lose muscle mass and our metabolism slows. The best way to combat this is weight lifting, cardiovascular exercise and eating a healthy, balanced diet.
You will find a lot of info about all of those things here, as well as a great support system!
The important thing is that you start moving more and don't look back!
