Hi all,
Well to start I was training to prepare for basic training, but now looking a some of the results in the past month I think I want to go beyond that. I am 23, and had trained for about a half year when I was 15 (lack of motivation when I was younger). Right now I'm working on a routine with my father, getting up early in the morn and pumpin the iron. I'm hopin to be able to blow the physical test's for the service out of the water.
And on a further note, I find this site gives inspiration beyond the own self to accheive mass/tone or fitness.
