I know this is a broad question with many possible answers but I though I would ask anyway. How long should it take me to gain 15 pounds of lean muscle? I eat 4-5 solid meal a day including protein and creatine. I go to the gym 5 times a week and train hard. I was just wondering how long to expect to take till I see some strong gains. Thanks for all your responses.

If you're a newb, you can do it in a year, maybe less. If you're more experienced, it'll take longer. Still, I don't think it's a very good goal to set because it's not like it's measureable.

Yes you need to fill in your profile and tell us a little bit more about yourself before we can give you a better answer. :surprised:

goals and aspirations first. Measure every last bit of your body, weight/waist/calf/thigh etc... date it.
Your initial goal is to find what your training lifts are and the current weight you do your ?8 reps for 3 sets? ie you push 25 kilos 8 reps for three sets so your REALISTIC GOAL is to add 50% within 2 months and push 50 kilos 8 reps by 3 sets... after that you'll only be able to manage a kilo here and there each week which will be fine. You will have no choice but to physically change if you force out smart training and nutrition..
Plan your training, plan your diet- (pick up the threads on basal metabolism, grocery list, fill in the nutrition centre aims) ALL THE ANSWERS COME UP AUTOMATICALLY.
do not overtrain- you will shrink- train smart, and eat well. make progress at every session with just an added kilo or couple of reps each session. Slow up on cardio a bit. still avoid sugar, bad fats and 'empty foods', but get the carbs and protein in over 8 small planned meals a day..

btw...neov looking pretty ripped ^5

Small... I agree with all. Everyones body is different it takes as long as it takes. I would say that you should be seeing a difference even a small one (no pun intended) by 6 wks. I will say that as mentioned above neov3 looks quite different than a pic showned there in the beginning. So keep on truckin....hes a prime example of what committment looks like.
