Hi everybody,
My name is Astro and I just joined Free Trainers, I joined to gain size and strength and I would like to know if it is safe to mix supplement powders at once and combine them with milk. I currently have weight gainer, protein, and creatine but am undecided wether or not I should mix powders into a bag with the daily recommended of each one and then divide it into three servings a day or to just take each powder individually several times a day. Any ideas:dumbbell:?? Thank You

I would take them individually. I know it'a a pain in the ass, but your creatine should really be taken with water as the milk can affect the absorption rate just when you need it most. We're all in the same "how am I going to get enough liquids" boat, so climb aboard and do your best!

Make sure that when you add water to your creatine that you drink it right away as you dont want it to turn into creatinine. Do a search in fit buddy and you will see more information on this.

Good luck!
