I have been taking different supplements with very minimal results. Take two Extreme trim capsules in the morning two more in afternoon. Also make Protein shake in morning. Try to take Glutamine FX after workout along with Creatine. I store most of my fat on my stomach. My goals are to trim the waist while not losing too much weight. I will try anything to get rid of the inherited belly while growing mass in other areas.

Instead of trying a bunch of junk supplements that promise the world but rarely deliver, get your diet in order. A properly designed diet along with your exercise program will produce the results you want, not some fly by night supplement companies crap. Protein and glutamine are very worthwhile supplements, but forget the "fat loss" stuff and get your diet right.
